Pure Lotus

My grad program paid for this meal so grain of salt but it was the most memorable meal that I ate in Beijing. Lots of flowers, steam, vegan fish that was actually beautiful, and servers in matching full sequin outfits. If I remember correctly, you have a vegan bf? This is the place for a vegan splurge.
